Terms & Conditions

 

Our minimum order amount is 500 €, this applies to every new order.
Orders from 1500 € and above are free from freight charges*, this applies to every new order. 

All orders include one backorder free of freight charges*

We reserve the right to not deliver any orders under 500 €. 

Please note that these freight charges do not apply to vintage items.
For orders with furniture, pots and vintage you will be charged the actual freight cost.

Customers outside of Europe will be charged freight based on actual prices from our freight company.

Please always read the attached order information carefully and inform us if any errors occur.

We do not ship goods directly to private consumers, only companies.

We wish to be contacted for temporary changes of shipping addresses, special requests or updates of customer information.

If you order less than brochure / price list states, we will automatically raise the number to the minimum delivery quantity.

We reserve for any final sales, printing errors and differences in designs such as color, dimensions or weight.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders under 50 €.

*Only valid for customers within the EU that are not based on any islands.
If you are based on an island within the EU you will have to pay the actual freight cost.  

 

Prices and currency

Our prices apply from year to year. Under extreme changes in exchange rates and / or prices for raw materials, we reserve the right to adjust our prices.

If your company is registered outside of Sweden, Norway and Denmark, your order will be converted to Euro after your order is registered.

 

Webshop

In the webshop you can place your order at any time. If you do not already have a webshop account, contact us at [email protected] and we will help you create a unique account for your business.

The webshop always adjusts the amount of packaging to the nearest carton. This is shown in the webshop at checkout and in your confirmation email, kindly note.

 

Vintage items

Our vintage products are unique and usually only exist in one copy. Therefore, they are sold in their current condition. Furniture purchased at the fair is sent directly to the customer.

Please note that electrical products on our vintage page must be reviewed by an electrician before connection.

 

Payment

We always request prepayment before shipping out any goods unless agreed otherwise. 

 

Return of order - Right of withdrawal

Return of goods can only be made if the item is in its original packaging and do not bear any price tags. For return of goods, please contact customer service at +46 42-13 11 17.

Return of a product is at the customer's expense if no mistake has been made by us at Olsson & Jensen.

 

Complaint or defective product

Complaints (no transport damage) will be handled within 8 days of receipt of the goods.

If Olsson & Jensen have delivered a defective or faulty product, please contact us and we will send you a replacement delivery as fast as possible.

 

Transport damage

If your pallet is damaged during transport it is very important that you check the shipment immediately. If the pallet is damaged or opened, you must ask the driver to make a note on the waybill and then contact us immediately.

If you do not leave a remark, you can not get a replacement for your damaged / stolen goods.

 

Force majeure

Olsson & Jensen are released from the consequences of failure to fulfil certain obligations according to this agreement, if the failure is the result of exonerating circumstances as stated below and the circumstances prevent, impede or delay fulfilment.

Exonerating circumstances include government action or omission, new or amended legislation, labour conflict, embargo, fire, flood, sabotage or large-scale accidents.

Force majeure includes regulatory decisions that negatively affect the market and products, such as decisions regarding warning texts, sales bans etc. or an abnormal decline in the market.

Verna AB (556717-1953), with the brand name Olsson & Jensen, is a interior wholesaler with its registered office in Helsingborg. We take your personal integrity  seriously and this text addresses all our registered companies we work with. We comply with the Data Protection Regulation (DGPR, General Data Protection Regulation, 2016/679 / EU)

 

Use of information and purpose

We use the information you provide us to keep an updated customer register in both our internal system and our webshop system.

The purpose of the registered information is to send out newsletters, ensure delivery to the correct address, to contact you as a buyer, billing and general customer service to provide you with the help you need.

 

Disclosure to third parties

Our servers are located in Sweden and information are not disclosed to any third party except for the following exceptions:

We will only provide the shipping company's phone number for the delivery of goods or if requested to ensure delivery.

Spanish customer information will be forwarded to our agent Estilo Nordico (ES-B63878557) in Spain.

 

Information Protection

When you are logged in on to our website and shopping in our webshop, the web page is encrypted with SSL. Only our employees who will perform a specific job (reservation of delivery, customer service, order handling or billing) have access to personally identifiable information from us.

 

Removal of data

Anyone registered has the right to access their data and, if requested, have the data moved or deleted. If you wish to get any information deleted, please contact us via the contact details below.
